We are now looking for a proactive, inclusive and curious HR Manager (HRM) for Semper Nordics with the responsibility for Denmark and Finland.

As HRM, you will, together with the HR Director, oversee all HR operations in the Nordics to ensure they are aligned with our business goals. You will work both strategically and operationally and provide qualified HR support in various areas.
As HR Manager you will be the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Denmark and Finland and for two departments at the head-office in Sweden. The role is located at Semper’s nice premises in Sundbyberg. You are expected to travel to Denmark and Finland continuously.
In your responsibility you will partner closely with the commercial business managers and support them in different HR areas such as recruitment, organizational design, salary overviews, labor law, working environment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. HR will play a crucial part in shaping the commercial organization, company culture, driving employee engagement, and fostering a productive and positive work environment.
The role has many contact points both internally at Semper/Hero and externally. The HRM will be responsible for the payroll and the manager of the HR & Payroll assistant, who also have a Nordic scope. HRM will report to the HR Director Nordics.
Din profil
We are looking for you who have a university degree, at least BSc. in Human Resources or similar and at least five years’ experience within the HR area. We like you to have a proven success in a HR/Commercial leadership role. Important for the role is a strong knowledge of HR practices and HR trends. You´re fluent in English and Swedish. Additional Nordic languages is a plus.
We like you to have experience from working in a Nordic set up and that you have been supporting managers in Denmark and/or Finland and have knowledge of the country’s labor law. It´s a benefit if you have been working in an international environment.
You’re an experienced leader with a good self-awareness and with the ability to lead and inspire others.
You’re proactive, hands-on, self-starter, open-minded and focused on supporting our business strategy. You can build strong relationships with key leaders and people managers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration. You´re flexible and can easily adapt to changing business needs. You can also manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and see solutions instead of problems.
You have knowledge of labor law and interpretation of collective agreements as well as experience of union consultation, payroll and working environment. You like to work within a broad HR role.
